Congratulations To Democratics For Multiple Victories
Congratulations to Democrats for accomplishing the blue wave that was predicted. We will have a Democratic majority in the House and Senate beginning in January. Congratulations are also in order for the multiple Democrats who won competitive governor races in red states. Voters delivered a strong repudiation of Donald Trump. Republicans who lost their respective races have no-one to blame but themselves for selling their souls to Donald Trump. Hopefully, Republicans in the new Congress won't be intimidated by him, and will instead work collaboratively with Democrats on issues of importance to most Americans. Donald Trump will have veto power over legislation he doesn't like. However, the Senate can override his vetoes with 60 votes. I am relieved I won't have to issue any more warnings about Donald Trump on social media.
